I want a prize!

I've been here for a month now. Last night I watched Kill Bill: Vol. 1, which was very good. I recommend seeing it unless of course you don't like fight scenes. Before I fell asleep I had a headache, which continued when I woke up. I took some acetaminophen earlier so I feel a little better now. I was going to wash my clothes but Brian (my roommate) informed me that all the washers are in use. Blah.

My classes have not been too difficult thus far. I had a math midterm last Wednesday. It wasn't very hard because it was mostly review, but I messed up on a few problems that I knew how to do. That frustrates me.

Chem seems quite easy. My professor reads the questions on each test a week before we take it. It reminds me of the psych class I took this summer, except...about chemistry.

Philosophy is easy work/grade wise. I already have extra credit from volunteering to give a presentation to the class. Whee.

It turns out that CAT (Culture, Art and Technology...the Sixth College core sequence for first years) is Anthropology/Writing, or at least it is for the track I'm in. It's...ehh.

I saw a free advance screening of the Texas Chainsaw Massacre on Wednesday. It was not a good movie. Whenever something "scary" happened on the screen, the people around me jumped in their seat while I sat there motionless. Is this because I'm desensitized? Anyway, it wasn't scary, just dumb.

I think I'm going to go lie down now.
