Lightning bolt!

Many things have happened since my last post. For instance, I have moved into college. Even though I moved in a week ago, I had my first classes today. My CAT lecture was pretty interesting. The idea of the class is to focus on how human beings came to have culture, art and technology. Anyway, it's more interesting than it sounds.

I also had my Philosophy lecture today. I'm not sure whether or not I should drop it. It's one of those classes that I could take anytime over the next four years (or not at all, if I take some other humanities requirement filling class). If I don't drop it, then I will be a sophomore before the winter quarter starts. I do not understand the significance of that yet.

Both my CAT and Philosophy instructors have accents, and the CAT instructor talks ridiculously fast, but he understands that he does and encourages people to stop him when he's unclear.
