I saw Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers last Sunday. Although it is very long as the first one was, it builds up to a great, climatic battle. If you liked the first one, see it. If you don't want to be in a crowded theater though, wait a couple of weeks.
I tried to post something during the week before Winter Break about how much the Sun computers in the Gunn library frustrated me when the computer I was using ironically crashed. At that time I created a list of things that I have to do during the break. Since I haven't done anything yet, the list still lives:
1) Clean room
2) Update Biotech notebook
3) Research Hepatitis C for Biotech
4) Start project on forensic science for Biotech
5) Wrap up loose ends on Holocaust project
6) Finish math homework
7) Start mythology creative project
8) Work on Rube Goldberg machine at Uri's
I don't want to have to do anything on the weekend before school starts so I need to start very soon. I think I'll clean my room now (seriously).

What are you doing to fight intolerance?
Yesterday was not a day that will be replicated. After waking up at 8 on Sunday morning, I realized that my Biotech field trip would cause me to miss the 9ers game. I arrived at school at 10 to meet with my class, and we drove to San Francisco for the Biotech convention. We listened to a lecture about imaging embryonic development and then we wondered about the convention grabbing free things and feigning interest on biotech equipment worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. After several hours of that, we returned to school, and I got home by 5:30. I submitted the second part of my Stanford Application, and I completed my math homework. I was about to do research for my Holocaust presentation when the power went out, causing me to miss Sealab 2021 and ATFH. I decided to go to sleep because I didn't feel like reading with a flashlight.
Why did I mention missing the 9ers game, Sealab 2021, and ATFH?
