The MTA finally returned my call about my lost 30 day Metrocard this afternoon. That’s three days after I called, but they did eventually call back. And they noted that I had called on Sunday and what time, so I suspect they would actually factor that in when calculating the credit.

I use a “30-Day Unlimited Ride” MetroCard to pay for my transit around this fine city. I even get a tax break on it through a program at work. And in the five years I’ve been doing it, I’ve only lost one, and that was near the end of the month.
