A beautifully crafted baseball bat sitting there very still and very quiet, except for the half dozen times it gracefully and deftly hits you in the gut.
I enjoyed it a great deal, but Conny 
had mixed feelings about it. I can certainly see where the pacing and ending might be annoying to some. Think of it like a more laconic “Fargo” that doesn’t go for laughs.
