Making a list

January 2nd, 2008 · No Comments · Reviews, Web

Remember the MilkMy Mom, always the list-maker, would be proud to see how I’ve taken to using Remember The Milk, a solid web based to-do list manager that pretty much does everything I need. The key feature for me was the ability for my wife and I to have a common shared list, in addition to personal and work ones. RTM does this quite nicely.

It took a little bit to figure out how to set it up to do this, but only because the interface is deceptively simple. It’s actually a pretty powerful and flexible offering once you tinker with it a bit.

I’ve never been very organized, but Google calendar was the first web-based sharable organization tool that helped make our household run smoother. Remember The Milk compliments it very well, and helps maintain our high standard of marital bliss. And the real secret is now that I’ve set it up, Conny View definition in a new window has taken to it like a duck to water. I don’t even have to enter any tasks.

I’m not sure if this is actually a good thing or not.
