Even though the apartment here isn’t filling up with smoke, I am glad to get my replacement Xbox power cord from Microsoft. Probably got it just in the nick of time, too, as it does feel a little warmer in here when I’m in a long session of Halo 2.
Though, I’ll admit the new safety features seem dubious. Take a look.
The best I can make of this is that if the power cord starts getting hot again, I should stop playing and go and read a book. Or maybe a magazine.
Guess that would work.
