New York City meets Munich

The New York Macworld Expo is coming up July 17th at the Jacob Javits Center. Ironically, it’s a short walk from the apartment, but I never get to go, since I have to work. Not that I really have any reason to go. I’m not in the market for anything, and I find the whole expo thing to be a lot of work.

For past expos I’ve “hosted” a night for >Clan Lord people to meet at a pub not too far from the Javits Center. It looks like this year the usual suspects who attend regularly aren’t going to be in town. Instead of camping in the bar and drinking myself silly while I wait for people to mosey in, let me just extend an invitation. If you’re going to be at MacWorld, and you’d like to meet, send me an email (or an instant message), and we’ll make arrangements.

The invite is open to anyone who reads this. You don’t have to play Clan Lord. If you put up with reading this junk on a regular basis, I probably owe you at least a beer. And >Conny will be there too, and she’s not hard on the eyes. If you’re nice to her, I bet she’ll even have me perform a trick or two.
