New York City meets Munich

Home is where the rope is

Days fly by now. Before, the wild weekend of TES30 lay ahead of us, a thing to look forward to. Now it’s a delightful memory for >Conny and I. The next big thing ahead of us is her return to Munich.

This is not a thing I look forward to. But dwelling upon it is silly, so the moments we share are to be savored. And she’ll be back. Never soon enough, but soon.

We had made plans for the night, and my work schedule for once allowed me to get out before hand so we could meet up for an early dinner near our evening engagement. Turns out our 8 o’clock plans kind of fell through, but this was actually a good thing. We just made our way to the subway and headed for home.

In the door of the apartment by 9 p.m., we are fed and ready to go. Sometimes the best place to be is home. Especially when she’s the one wearing the >collar.
